We found our Home in North Cowichan with Cory after almost two months of looking throughout North Nanaimo, Nanoose Bay, Parksville and the Duncan area. We have moved quite a bit over the years and worked with a number of real estate agents across Canada, so we came to this search with some experience. Cory truly stood out. He was very open about what he saw, the good, but also the challenges, potential costs and things we might regret later. Given the times, that approach became especially important while we were looking across different areas and at very different kinds of homes. He took the time to understand how we wanted to live and what actually made sense for us, while still looking at each property objectively. He would give us his perspective when we needed it and then step back and give us room to think and make our own decision. Buying a home can become an emotional roller coater. Having someone knowledgeable, calm, professional and straightforward beside us made a real difference. We ended up in a home that feels right for us, and we are very grateful to Cory for helping us get here.
